Beer is produced near the largest transport hub. The quality of this unusual, sensitive product also depends on the conditions under which it is transported. The brewery's central geographical location means that the distances that beer must travel to reach customers are not far away, and this makes the product not long exposed to conditions that may affect its quality. We brew traditionally - which means that for over 25 years we have been continuously applying the technological principles derived from the brewing school, which originates from the German Purity Law. We use 4 raw materials for the production of beer:
Floor storehouses for malt, poured into high piles
Bottle filling process
Mash and boil of the wort with hops
Cylindrical-conical tanks - fermentation tanks
Grinding malt with the use of hot water
Production hall with glued timber girders
Visual evaluation of clarity
Filling machine
The perfect balance between hop bitterness and sweetness derived from barley malt, gives a classic taste of golden pils. The Pilsen nature is deepened at the stage of fermentation by the use of breeding vats and also during maturation process with the use of rocky heads.
Beer which owes its delicate, malty taste, balanced with beer bitterness to the used type of hops and a mixture of light and dark malts, giving a red amber color. Marcowe is a full-flavored beer, a proof of tradition and mastery of brewing craftsmanship.
Dark beer characterized by a rich taste and low alcohol content. It owes its deep dark color and unique aroma to a mixture of Munich, Pilsen and caramel malts. Dunkel is a nod to the German brewing masters.
Porter Łódzki is produced according to the recipe that dates back to 1910 and which has evolved along with the technology development. It owes its unique taste to a mixture of Munich, Pilsen, light and dark caramel malts, and its 6-month aging period guarantees its nobility.
