The second half of the 19th century is a turning point in the history of modern brewing in Łódź. Out of the seven active Łódź breweries, as many as five were established in just 13 years, and two of them, Karol Gottlob Anstadt's Brewery and Gustaw Keilich's Brewery, are now part of the Browary Łódzkie company. The establishment of Karol Gottlob Anstadt's brewery at Średnia 34 Street in Łódź.
1882
The establishment of Karol Gustaw Keilich's brewery at Orla 25 Street in Łódź.
1888
The enterprise founded by Karol Gottlob Anstadt was transformed by decision of the Minister of Finance into the Joint Stock Society of the Steam Brewery of The Successors of Karol Gottlob Anstadt, based in Łódź.
1901
Establishment of the brewery of Ludwik Anstadt, son of Karol Gottlob, in the area of ​​Radogoszcz, which today is part of the administrative boundaries of Łódź.
1945
Karol Gottlob Anstadt's brewery, Gustaw Keilich's Brewery and Ludwik Anstadt's Brewery were nationalized and the company was established managed by the Central Management Board of the Fermentation Industry Branch in Łódź, and then in 1950 the company was transformed into a Brewing Plant in Łódź. Karol Gottlob Anstadt's brewery was named Brewery No. 1.
1994
Establishment of the Joint Stock Company Browary Łódzkie S.A., which includes: Karol Gottlob Anstadt's Brewery, Gustaw Keilich's Brewery and Ludwik Anstadt's Brewery and which is the legal successor of the Brewing Plant in Łódź.
1994
Browary Łódzkie S.A establish cooperation with The Kaltenberg Castle Brewery in Bavaria. They introduce a culture and technological ethics based on the experience of German brewers, thus continuing the glorious traditions of the founders – Karol Gottlob Anstadt and Gustaw Keilich.
1995
Signing a contract with the German brewery König Ludwig GmbH Co. KG Schlossbrauerei Kaltenberg, under which Kaltenberg Pils, Kaltenberg Specjal, König Ludwig Dunkel and Kaltenberg Festtags-Bier were produced.
2001
Introduction of the Malt Liquer genre to which the Tekiza Malt Liquer brand has been incorporated. It was the first tequila-flavored beer on the Polish market. It was followed by more alcopop flavor products - the Crush Ice brand with lemon flavor and kiwi flavor.
2004
Production of the first batch of beer under the chain's own brand ( private label ) for modern distribution channels.
2019
Comprehensive rebranding of Browary Łódzkie S.A. in the corporate area. Creating a brand architecture with a visual identification that preserves the heritage and identity that result from 150 years of beer brewing tradition.
